The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Engineer to support the design, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent, and Learning modules within Oracle Fusion HCM. This role will contribute to enterprise-level implementations and ongoing support efforts, ensuring scalable and compliant HCM solutions across global environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, develop, deploy, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions following Oracle best practices
Support ORC, Talent, and Learning modules in multi-region and multi-country environments
Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations (file-based and API-based) for Oracle HCM
Perform impact analysis, testing, and validation for Oracle HCM quarterly patches
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues
Work with Oracle Support through the SR process for issue resolution and escalation
Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and perform fit-gap analysis
Support full project lifecycle implementations using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Assist with deployments across development, test, integration, and production environments
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, processes, and adoption of new technologies
RequiredQualifications:
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or in-house)
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically ORC, Talent, and Learning
Experience supporting global Oracle HCM configurations and administration
Strong experience with:
Descriptive and Extensible Flexfields (DFFs, EFFs)
Custom reports and functional setups
Value sets, concurrent programs, and workflows
Experience developing and consuming Oracle-delivered APIs and integrations
Experience producing functional and technical documentation based on Oracle standards and whitepapers
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Rally, and Confluence
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Journeys
Familiarity with the Oracle Redwood Design System
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Experience automating Oracle Cloud test data management
Experience automating deployment and release processes
Experience managing Oracle HCM security, provisioning, and access controls
Familiarity with:
ADP HCM integrations
Documentum
Cornerstone OnDemand (Navigator)
Skill Nexus
Generative AI and LLM concepts within Oracle HCM
