- Role: Application Developer
- Experience: 6-9 Years
- Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Project Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop frontend components using React and JavaScript to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Build and maintain backend services using Kotlin, Java, and Eclipse Vert.x.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and engineers in an Agile setting.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack to ensure application reliability.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and maintain code quality through testing and automation.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, Kotlin, and Java.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ACE Studio.
- Outgoing and proactive in team interactions, with the ability to present ideas and engage in technical discussions.
- Passion for building clean, maintainable code.
- Background in risk, compliance, or audit-related applications is a plus.
