Technical Analyst
Phoenix, AZThe Opportunity: We are seeking a Technical Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and supporting computer operations by controlling production applications, monitoring system resources and response times, and providing first-line support for operational issues. This role involves maintaining production orders, reconciling inventories, managing material movements, and utilizing technical data to support decision-making processes.

- Role: Technical Analyst
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Project Duration: 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support computer operations, including controlling production applications and monitoring system performance and response times.
- Provide first-line support for operational problems and troubleshoot production issues independently.
- Understand production procedures and material flow, proactively resolving related issues.
- Maintain production orders and perform inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Manage transactions related to material movements and uphold inventory accuracy standards.
- Utilize technical knowledge and data to support operational and decision-making functions.
- Review change records and associated implementations for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards and policies.
- Participate in forecasting and management of specific computer functions and data as required.
- Work required hours and shifts to meet operational needs.
- Develop and maintain software solutions using web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement user interfaces with modern UI frameworks like ReactJS, NextJS, or Angular.
- Design and interact with relational databases using SQL.
- Integrate and consume REST APIs in web applications.
- Leverage low-code or no-code platforms where applicable.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern UI framework such as ReactJS, NextJS, or Angular.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with at least one relational database.
- Familiarity with REST API principles and integration.
- Experience with low-code or no-code platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
